The customer

The Gujarat Knowledge Society is a society run by the Directorate of Technical Education, Education Department, Government of Gujarat. Committed to guide them towards a bright future, GKS aims to empower the youth of Gujarat by providing a well-planned vocational curriculum in various fields that equips them to match industry demands and create new employment avenues.

The need

The client realized that the school/college curriculum does not suffice in the professional arena. Hence, a relevant, well-designed, updated vocational training curriculum is required to keep aspirants abreast with industry demands and increase their employability. In addition, due the language constraints the programs needed to be implemented both in Gujarati and English simultaneously for maximizing its scope and reach.

V2Learn was selected by GKS as the content provider among several leading organizations after a rigorous selection process.

What we did

V2Learn did a value-need analysis for meeting needs of the client at a very root level. We extensively researched the environment, the issues involved, and the subjects. We put in a lot of mental footwork in understanding the expectations of the ‘provider’ and the ‘provided’’ in the program.

The research helped us develop comprehensive training programs for the masses. And it was natural that these programs proved to be extremely effective and successful.  Also, keeping in mind the needs of both clients and subjects, we developed all the programs simultaneously in Gujarati and English.
